From the sea to the pool, surfskis and first aid, we have many training sessions a week to keep you fit, healthy and well trained.

sea sessions

18:00 – EVENT TRAINING FOR COMPETITIONS – SESSIONS ARE CONDITION DEPENDENT & LAST FOR 1 HOUR

SaturDAYS - sea lanes (Madeira Drive) from 09.00

You must book your place for this as we have limited space available and there is a strict necessity to keep a succinct register. Please respond to the members Facebook page. After this time the remaining places will be offered to Youth members. You can no-longer just turn-up on the day.

Any member in their 13th year and above can take part on a first come first served basis.
